2.Information we collect
When you request a quote, book a service or contact us, we may collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your suburb and postcode, and — once a booking is confirmed — the address where the work will be done;
- details about your vehicle, such as make, model, size and condition;
- photos of your vehicle that you choose to send us;
- information about access to water, power and a suitable work area at your location;

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
3.How we use your information
- to prepare and send your quote;

- to keep business records we are required to keep.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
4.Photos of vehicles
Photos you send us are used only to assess your vehicle and prepare your quote. We will not publish photos of your vehicle on our website or social media without your permission, and we hide number plates in anything we publish.
5.Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as needed, for example:
- our online form provider, which receives and stores quote requests and uploaded photos;
- our email provider;
- our booking and payments provider, once a booking is confirmed.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. To be confirmed: the names of the providers used and the countries where they store data.
6.How we protect and keep information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. To be confirmed: specific retention periods.
This website does not store your quote request in your browser after you leave the page, and we do not publish customer details anywhere on the site.
7.Website analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first. To be confirmed: whether analytics will be added at launch.
8.Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9.Questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
