Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here's how cancelling and rescheduling works.
Draft — not yet final
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1.Before a booking is confirmed
A quote request is not a booking. You can withdraw a request or decline a quote at any time, for any reason, at no cost.
2.Cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed booking
If you need to cancel or move a confirmed appointment, please contact us as early as you can using the details on our Contact page so we can offer the time to another customer.
To be confirmed: the minimum notice period, and whether any fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments. Any notice period or fee that applies to your booking will be stated in your quote before you accept it.
3.Weather
We work outdoors, so rain, storms or extreme heat can make it impossible to do the job properly. If the weather is unsuitable we will contact you to rearrange, at no cost to you.
4.If we need to reschedule
Occasionally we may need to move an appointment because of illness, equipment problems or an earlier job running over. We will let you know as soon as possible and offer the next available time.
5.If we can't carry out the work on arrival
If we arrive and can’t safely carry out the service — for example, the vehicle isn’t there, there is no safe access, or the site isn’t suitable — we will talk with you about the options. To be confirmed: whether a call-out fee applies in these situations.
6.Monthly Family Care
Individual maintenance visits can be rescheduled by contacting us. To be confirmed: how to pause or end a Monthly Family Care arrangement, and any notice required.
7.Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
